I am a frequent Home Box shopper. Do you have a loyalty program?

Home Box is a part of Shukran, the Landmark Group’s loyalty programme. Signing up is free, quick and easy, and you can enjoy great benefits and gifts by adding points every time you shop at Home Box.

Do you have Gift Vouchers?

Home Box Gift Vouchers make great presents, and are available at all Home Box stores in various denominations.

Will my purchase be delivered to my residence?

We will deliver your Home Box goods to a local location you specify in the country.

How do I know whether the furniture will fit my house?

All the furniture items are displayed with exact measurements to help you pick furniture of the right size and better plan your purchase. Our qualified staff will be more than happy to assist you with the same.

Can my items be delivered internationally?

At present we don’t have the facility to deliver furniture internationally, but we can deliver your purchase to a cargo location if you’ve booked one.

Can my purchase be delivered at a time that’s convenient to me?

At the time of purchase you can suggest a suitable time of your availability to our sales staff, and they will be able to assist you. If you wish to change the time or postpone the delivery, contact Customer Care 24 hours prior to the delivery. Postponed deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available date.

Are there any charges for home deliveries?

Home Box deliveries are subject to the total value purchased in store. Please contact your local Home Box store to find out whether a free delivery and installation is applicable to you.

What is your return/exchange policy?
